Maintenance Notes

Golden foliaged plants may sunburn in very high light. In areas with strong sun this plant may benefit from afternoon shade.  Golden Delicious is heat and humidity tolerant, as well as downy mildew resistant.  For most gardeners this is a foliage plant only. It does get red flowers in fall, in some long-season climates.

Uses Notes

An eye-catching addition to any combination, window box or plant bed. 'Golden Delicious' makes an excellent vertical foliage accent plant and looks great in mass plantings.  Great in landscapes or containers, where it works alone or in large combinations.
