Rosemary Lemon BBQ Marinade
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. rosemary, minced
salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk garlic, lemon juice, lemon peel, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add meat or vegetable of choice and refrigerate for at least one hour before grilling.
