This easy to grow plant may be pinched or trimmed as needed to maintain shape and size. Plant in part shade/part sun or full sun locations. It prefers moist soil, but should not be kept wet at all times. The plant can bre trimmed as needed. It has quite fragrant foliage and deer tend are unlikely to munch on this plant.

Swedish ivy is also known as candlestick vine, because it is so easy to grow in sun and part shade, and because deer typically pass it right on by once they detect its strong citrusy scent. It is a great conmponent in container recipes where its bright cream and lime green, fuzzy, scalloped foliage complements every other color. Pair it with other high vigor plants such as Supertunia® and Superbena® in hanging baskets or upright recipes.
