Pizza Oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh oregano
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 pizza dough (14-inch size)
olive oil to taste
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Preheat oven to 400^F. Roll out the pizza dough to fit a 14-inch pizza stone. Bake the pizza crust for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven. Toss tomatoes with oregano, garlic, and salt to taste. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Top with the tomato mixture. Springgkle with Romano cheese and bake 10 minutes (or until done).
