Grower Tips

-Size pots up in late fall and then put to bed for winter. In spring add a bit of heat for color development.

-Absolutely Amethyst flowers in late spring and early summer rather than in early spring when other Iberis flower.

Habit and flowering will be improved with vernalization.

Planting & Timing Information: Like most perennials - Order liners in summer and transplant into finished container size. After growing through the fall treat as you would other perennials and allow plants to go dormant through the winter.

- All other Iberis Early Spring finish. Absolutely Amethyst Late Spring Finish.

-Winter foliage is purple in color and spring emergence of Absolutely Amethyst is later than other Iberis, by about 4-6 weeks. Absolutely Amethyst flowers much later than traditional Iberis roughly 6-8 weeks later so plan on late spring finish only for Absolutely Amethyst

-Finish Time 4-5": from previous summer planting, plants will finish in late spring.

Finish Time 6"/Gallon: from previous summer planting, plants will finish in late spring.

Finish Time 8": from previous summer planting, plants will finish in late spring.
