Chicken and Garlic Chive Stir-Fry
3 c. chicken pieces (chopped)
1 c. garlic chives (chopped)
1/3 c. water
1 red chili (sliced)
For marinade:
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Make marinade and add chicken. Mix and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat up a little bit of oil in a pan, add chicken and pan fry until browned. Add water and chili, simmer until chicken is cooked. Stir in garlic chives.
