CHANGES IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

Even though not a new change, many people are not yet familiar with Donna Talbot who assumed the role of Customer Relations Supervisor just over a year ago. Donna has a wealth of experience in Customer Relations having worked for a National Fleet Management company as the Executive Director of Client Services. There she provided executive leadership and coaching to a team of 40 people.

Donna also established and implemented procedures to provide “Best in Class” customer service and continuous improvement operationally. Additionally, she developed action plans to retain clients and sustain positive client relationships that included hosting a Client Advisory Group.

Jenny Brobst has been a key member of the Pleasant View Garden team for six years in a number of positions.  Recently, she assumed the responsibility of Lead Claims Representative along with her current role in Customer Relations.

Jenny began her career at Pleasant View Gardens as a Claims Representative for two years.  Jenny also worked in the Production Area as a Supervisor for a number of years.  There, she was very hands-on with the plants, and enjoyed the occasional forklift ride around the greenhouse!

Her experience in claims processing and production, along with her organizational expertise, positions Jenny with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage claims.  You can submit a claims request or ask questions regarding claims at Claims@pwpvg.com.
